1997 Melges C Scow with a 2002 (new style) mast. Boat is in very good condition with no major dings or cracks in the hull and a smooth bottom. The control lines have recently been replaced and the boat is covered when on the lift. Comes with four Quantum sails (2003 LM and 2003 Heavy used for club racing and a 2005 LM and a 2006 Heavy used only for regattas), full deck cover, bottom cover, rudder/tiller bag, Tacktick compass, and a solid trailer. A lift on Clear Lake, Iowa, is also available if interested. This is the full package for a competitive racing C scow and a great way to get started with C boating. Asking $6000. 1976 Boston Whaler 13’ with a 2003 9.9 HP 4 Stroke Mercury motor. Boat is in very good condition with no major dings or cracks in the hull, seats were refinished a few years ago, but could use another coat of varnish. Motor was purchased new in 2005 and has less than 10 tanks of gas run through it in four years. Motor has electric start and remote steering. Package includes a good trailer and a covered hoist. Lake Mills Community School recently purchased a storage building from a private party and the previous owner is in the process of having to move a boat to a different location. Attached are three photos of an all-wood Chris Craft boat that he owns, but he would like to sell it rather than move it. The wood boat sits on raised dollies, but has no trailer. The owner's name is Dennis Hill, phone 641-592-1694. He has been a collector of many, many things and tends to just let them set for a long time. We have given him a time line to get the boat out of the building so that we may finish it for our vehicle storage needs, but he is not getting it removed in a timely manner. In my conversations with him, he is hoping to sell the boat, but has no advertising savvy. I am hoping you may know of someone who would be interested in restoring this all-wood Chris Craft boat.
