1947. By 1948 it had been rebuilt across the street where it is

Bayside Amusement Park, was an attraction not to be
missed on a visit to Clear Lake. Most people came via the ferryboat
"Princess" which made hourly runs from the White Pier at the
foot of Main street. |

Bayside Amusement Park, At varying times the park had
attractions ranging from wild animals exhibits, to a skating rink, dance
hall, and roller coaster. |

Bayside Amusement Park, The roller coaster was
extensively damaged in the August 1931 cyclone but was rebuilt and
operated until its demolition in 1958. |
