Due to the excessive wind last Sunday that cancelled the Dad/Mom/Lad/Lass race, it has been rescheduled for this Sunday, June 26 at 2:00 pm.
The CLYC Board meeting scheduled for this Saturday, June 26 at 4:30 pm has been cancelled. Commodore Bob has determined that there are no critical issues needing to be addressed.
The 2016 edition of Sailing School is off and running. Classes are available that accomodate every skill level from beginner to advanced racer and in age from child to adult. Classes are fun, informative and are designed to be a combination of on the water and classroom training. Classes run throughout the summer. Come down to the CLYC on Monday, June 27 from 6:00 pm – 8:30 pm and take a look at the new Melges 14. Andy Burdick from Melges Performance Sailboats will be in town and have the newest Melges product on display and in the water for test drives.
